Secure AI Project (SAIP) is a social welfare organization organized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Foundation for Secure AI (FSAI) is a public charity organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to FSAI are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by applicable law. Contributions to FSAI will be used for its charitable purposes: to contribute to policy for AI and biological risk mitigation by researching state policy initiatives, educating the public on AI and biological regulation and risk, and advising state executive agencies on implementation of existing policy in the United States.
