Lily is Chief of Staff at Secure AI Project. She previously worked at the intersection of emerging technology and nonproliferation in the U.S. Department of State, and served for five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Lily holds an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
